Shipping & Ordering Policies
Ordering:
Orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are made only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. All fabric ships from Merced, California.
Blissfully Warm does not accept orders from international buyers. This includes any orders placed through U.S.-based drop shippers or freight forwarders on behalf of international customers.
All orders must originate from buyers who reside in the United States and have a U.S. billing address. Orders with international billing addresses, even if shipping to a U.S. address, are not accepted.
Shipping addresses must be verifiable by USPS. If an address cannot be verified, you will be contacted by email prior to shipment.
Any orders that do not meet these requirements will be canceled and fully refunded.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on package weight, size, and destination. The most efficient shipping method will always be selected to help keep shipping costs manageable. All orders ship from Merced, California.
Orders under $16.00 are sent via USPS Ground Advantage for a charge of $6.25.
For each order totaling $16.01-$60.00, there is a USPS Ground Advantage shipping charge of $10.00
For each order totaling $60.01-$99.99, there is a USPS Ground Advantage shipping charge of $12.00
If your purchases total $100.00 or more, shipping is FREE in the United States.
Orders ship within 3-6 business days after order placement. No purchases ship on Saturdays or Sundays or United States federal holidays.
The estimated transit times given by the USPS are as follows:
Within the US:
- Ground Advantage 3-5 business days
- Priority Mail 2-5 business days for packages
- Transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed by Blissfully Warm Fabric.
- Unexpected delays due to weather and carrier issues can happen and are out of my control. I appreciate your understanding!
You will receive an email when your package ships with your tracking number, or you can check your order for the tracking number.
REFUNDS:
All sales are final.
If you receive your order and an error has been made by Blissfully Warm Fabric, please contact me and I will fix it.
