Refund policy
Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final. Blissfully Warm Fabric does not accept returns or exchanges.
Due to the nature of fabric and cut-to-order items, returns are not accepted. If an item is defective or an error was made in fulfilling your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number. Verified fulfillment errors will be corrected at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All claims for adjustment must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Call within 24 hours of order placement if you need to cancel. Most orders are immediately processed, even if your shipping label notification isn't sent until later in the day or the following day. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation is possible, a $3.50 cancellation charge will be held from your refund to cover the time to process the refund/cancellation and re-adjust inventory.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the event of a verified fulfillment error or an approved order cancellation prior to shipment. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Payment Methods
Payment approvals, installment plans, and charge processing through third-party providers (including Shop and Affirm) are handled directly by those providers. Blissfully Warm Fabric does not have the ability to modify, override, or control payment approvals or charge structures.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.
